I listed side by side before and after shots of my neck and chest and while the change isn't drastic it is noticeable to me. My skin is noticeably less milky, there is some lessening of the redness I always have on my chest, and to my eyes a noticeable lessening of the crepey skin on my chest.
This infrared neck and chest light is really super easy to use! It charges quickly and is easy to put on. When I go to bed to read I just put it on before I sit in my bed. I read for 20 minutes and then take it off and go back to what I was doing. It's just so easy to fit into your routine.

I’ve been using it pretty consistently the last 2 weeks. I can’t say I’ve noticed a big difference but I also haven’t noticed anything bad! It’s easy to use, clean and charge. I’ll keep going since I know it said it’s weeks to months before any significant changes are seen.
Well, I’m 66 years old and it’s hard to see if there is a change. I have been using 10 minutes on my face and 20 minutes on my neck at least 4 -5 times a week. I think I will need a lot more time to use it, if I’m going to get a change
