INIA Two-Year Warranty Policy

INIA warrants that its home beauty and personal care devices, when purchased from any official channel or any authorized dealer and under normal use, are free from defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty coverage includes a standard one-year warranty from the original date of purchase, plus an additional one-year extended warranty available through registration on our official website.

Who is Covered?

This limited warranty applies solely to the customer who originally purchased the INIA device directly from INIA or an authorized seller. It does not extend to any subsequent owner. Products obtained from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites, are not eligible for coverage under this warranty.

Extended Warranty Registration

INIA offers an additional one-year warranty extension for all devices registered on our official website. This extension is applicable regardless of the purchase channel, ensuring prolonged protection for your INIA device.

What is Not Covered?

This limited warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
  • Accidents, misuse, abuse, exposure to excessive heat or moisture, tampering, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Service operations carried out by unauthorized service agencies.
  • Consumable parts like batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.


Warranty Solutions

During the warranty period, if a defect in the device arises and INIA validates the claim, INIA will:
  • Repair the defective device at no cost, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
  • Replace the defective device with a new or refurbished INIA device.


How to Obtain Warranty Service?

To obtain warranty service from INIA:
  • Contact INIA’s Customer Service via email at service@theinia.com with a description of the issue, photos of the defect, and proof of purchase.
  • If your claim is accepted, we will send a confirmation and a shipping label for you to return the defective device in its original packaging.


Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall INIA be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product, even if INIA has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
