For cooling relief, attach the magnetic gel packs (after chilling them) to soothe the skin and reduce puffiness. Do not use the gel packs during a light therapy session, as they will block the light.
How should I clean the eye mask?
Gently wipe the main body of the mask with a soft, damp cloth and let it air dry completely. The magnetic gel packs can be cleaned the same way. Do not use any chemical or abrasive cleaners.

All of the skin care treatments that I have tried haven't been as effective as this red light therapy eye mask at reducing the dark circles and puffiness under my eyes. I look so much more awake and my eyes look brighter. There are no side effects from using this.

I like the fact that this affects only my eyes and a bit below. It is a more concentrated red light than the mask. I wish my wrinkles would disappear!
