Keep the devices you already use and trust. SPHERA makes more sense when visible fine lines, loss of firmness, pore appearance, or cooling needs are spread across several tools—and one device would make the routine easier to maintain.

A closer look at the routine
TJ Tutorials shows the device, controls, and how the modes fit into a hands-on routine.

Start With the Routine You Already Have
Before adding another device, ignore what is sitting in your drawer and focus on what you actually use. This INIA Sphera review comes down to three questions.
What is already working?
Keep any device that covers an important goal and already fits your week.
What do you keep skipping?
Is the problem too many tools—or do you dislike gels and handheld routines?
What is genuinely missing?
Name the task before buying the device. “Something newer” is not a gap.
One viewer put the decision bluntly: “What do I do with my other devices now?” TJ's reply made the role of a review clear: learning about a new device does not mean you need to buy every release.
What SPHERA Actually Adds
Instead of reaching for several devices, INIA SPHERA gives you five separate, five-minute modes in one handheld device. Choose the one you need that day; you do not have to perform all five. If you already own it and need a longer mode-by-mode walkthrough, see the INIA SPHERA how-to guide alongside the current device manual.

Choose LIFT when your jawline or lower face looks less defined. Apply conductive gel first; the five-minute mode combines EMS, LED, and vibration for facial massage and a more lifted-looking contour.
Choose TIGHTEN when visible fine lines or loss of firmness are your main concern. Apply conductive gel first; collagen-focused RF, EMS, LED, and gentle warmth support firmer-looking skin and fine-line appearance.
Choose INFUSE+ when you want a dedicated step for applying water-based skincare. Apply your serum, essence, or cream first, then use the mode for five minutes; it can also be selected on its own.
Choose A-SHOT when pore appearance is your priority. Use it only on completely clean, dry skin and hover the device about 5 mm above the skin—do not press it flat or apply serum or gel first.
Choose COOL when you want a soothing cooling finish, including after another SPHERA mode. It runs at one fixed intensity on clean skin, and skincare is optional.
One device still does not mean one preparation method. LIFT and TIGHTEN need conductive gel, INFUSE+ pairs with water-based skincare, and A-SHOT requires dry skin and its own hovering technique. SPHERA reduces device switching; it does not remove every step.
Keep, Consider, or Wait
Your current devices
You already reach for them each week, and they cover the results you care about.
INIA SPHERA
Several SPHERA routines match concerns you want to address, and one device would make them easier to maintain.
Until the gap is clear
You cannot name which modes you need, or you dislike gels and hands-on treatments.
When SPHERA Is Worth Adding
SPHERA makes sense when it solves a real gap in your current routine—especially if it can solve several at once. That may mean adding RF-based care for the appearance of wrinkles and laxity, EMS for a more lifted, firmer-looking contour, or dedicated infusion and cooling steps without switching between devices. If your current tools already cover those priorities and you use them consistently, keep them. Choose SPHERA when it makes the routine easier to follow, not simply because it offers five modes.

INIA FLARE vs. SPHERA: Which one should I choose?
FLARE is the simpler starting point if you want a microcurrent routine for a more lifted-, firmer-looking contour and water-based skincare application. That often resonates with shoppers in their 30s and early 40s who are beginning to notice early changes. SPHERA may make more sense in your 40s and beyond—or whenever visible fine lines, loss of firmness, and pore appearance become bigger priorities. Its collagen-focused RF supports firmer-looking skin and the appearance of fine lines, while dedicated modes add pore-appearance care and a soothing cooling finish. Age is a guide, not a cutoff.
Can the five SPHERA modes be used independently?
Yes. Each mode can be selected independently and runs for five minutes, but every mode has its own preparation and product instructions.
Do all SPHERA modes need conductive gel?
No. LIFT and TIGHTEN use conductive gel. INFUSE+ pairs with water-based serum, essence, or cream. A-SHOT must be used on completely clean, dry skin. COOL is used on clean skin, with skincare optional.
