I listed side by side before and after shots of my neck and chest and while the change isn't drastic it is noticeable to me. My skin is noticeably less milky, there is some lessening of the redness I always have on my chest, and to my eyes a noticeable lessening of the crepey skin on my chest.
This infrared neck and chest light is really super easy to use! It charges quickly and is easy to put on. When I go to bed to read I just put it on before I sit in my bed. I read for 20 minutes and then take it off and go back to what I was doing. It's just so easy to fit into your routine.

Four times a week I use my red light therapy. I wash the day off my face and neck, Pat it dry and apply my face and neck masks. I close the bedroom door and slip into a peaceful bliss for 30 minutes! I’ve declared this time as my “spa” time. After I finish my 30 minutes I start my night time skin care. Once a week micro needling with a dry mask application afterward. The other nights I use a wet mask overnight. The skin on my face and neck are nourished and more supple… still wrinkled but no longer dry and dull looking!
