I’ve been very impressed with the INIA shorts. They combine glute-lifting technology, pelvic floor support, and compression tights all in one garment.
The shorts are extremely comfortable, provide excellent support, and help maintain good posture throughout the day and during workouts. The material is high quality and fits perfectly without feeling restrictive.
What I like most is that they create a feeling of support and muscle engagement in the targeted areas that reminds me of the activation I experience with an Emsculpt machine the sensation of support and targeted compression is surprisingly similar.

I had a hip injury involving a serious snowboarding wipe out about 20 years ago. I had poor follow up in a dx so basically things just slowly healed. However I’ve continued to have a lot of pain and tightness around the gluteal ischeal tuberosity that at times becomes so intense I need to stop all activity to get the inflammation to calm down. I find myself using these shorts in the evenings now after an intense exercise/ working day and get complete relief. I wake up the next morning ready to hit the job again full force.
I love these shorts, but they're working so well that I need a smaller size now, and I just don't want to spend the money. I wish they offered them for 1/2 off if you've already purchased a pair.
I would like to share my feedback about this product because I bought it mostly because I wanted to keep my pelvic floor healthy and it really works., I wish the shorts had more targeted points on the abdomen to make a bigger impact where we need it most.
These are exceptional! As soon as I put them on and turn them on it’s amazing. What little butt I have is definitely getting some much needed attention, and it’s shaping up nicely. I would’ve added photos and video however I am very self conscious and shy.

The shorts work surpringly well. I took on a second job recently so getting to the gym has been hard. I was very skeptical but they actually stimulate a muscle contraction. Highly recommend. Glute and leg strength is a predictor for falls in women, so keeping up with that is important and should be for every woman.

I initially had an issue with my shorts. One side wasn’t working. Your customer service was amazing. I own several products from this company and I will continue to buy from this company. The shorts were replaced and I absolutely love them. I wear them just about every day.
I measured myself more than a couple of times to be sure I was trying to get the right size. However, when they arrived, I found them to be bigger than I had anticipated. Since they couldn’t be returned, I got a pair of tighter bike shorts and I put them over the EMS shorts to create better contact. I have to wonder if they would work better if they fit me better. But they are functional on me. And I love the concept and I love INIA products. If I could’ve returned them for a smaller size I would have. I own a corded mask, and a red light hat, and I am waiting on The red light Matt with stand.
